Darren is a strategic advisor to executive teams with 20+ years of experience in helping leaders create people strategies designed to attract and motivate top talent for thriving in competitive and disruptive business environments. He is an expert in assessing organizational needs, using an integrated systems perspective. He aligns talent strategies and initiatives with the evolving needs of a business and its progressively diverse and dynamic workforce. He believes the path to resilience and sustainability is through creating a values-based culture that is equitable and inclusive.
He has experience leading in premiere organizations including DuPont, Campbell Soup Company, IBM and Raytheon Technologies. Most recently, he was the Chief People Officer of KPMG LLP and a member of its management committee. Darren earned a BA with honors in Sociology from the University of Oswego and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
