Darren Burton
Senior Advisor
Darren is a Senior Advisor at Principia, with over twenty years' experience in advising executive teams and helping leaders create people strategies.
Darren has experience in leading premiere organizations including DuPont, Campbell Soup Company, IBM and Raytheon Technologies. Most recently, he was the Chief People Officer of KPMG LLP and a member of its management committee.
Darren has a degree in Sociology from the University of Oswego and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
