Ben has deep expertise in the whole suite of organizational ethics capabilities, including culture change, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, values and purpose management, framework development for ethical and principled decision making, responsible innovation and ethical use, AI governance, AI risk and impact assessments, technical AI bias audits, advising and forecasting, as well as executive coaching and leadership training.

Ben is a Research Fellow in Ethics at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich. Holds a visiting research fellowship at the University of Hamburg and a researcher affiliation at the Zentrum für Ethik und Philosophie in der Praxis (ZEPP) at LMU. He is also currently a Visiting Researcher at Google’s Responsible Innovation team. Benreceived my PhD in Moral Philosophy from the University of Oxford. His current research focuses on organizational and business ethics, the ethics of AI and technology, and foundational issues in normative ethics. My work has appeared in world-leading journals including Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, Utilitas, and Philosophy & Economics.
