Doris is a Specialist Advisor at Principia. Her expertise spans over 20 years in the non-governmental sector with a focus on value-driven approaches to strategy, governance and organizational/ network development to help organizations be relevant, resilient and impactful into the future.
Doris has worked in senior leadership roles for several global non-governmental organizations across regions. She has extensive experience in designing and co-leading complex global strategy and governance processes, applying transformative scenario thinking and intersectional feminist approaches.
Doris has recently transitioned from full-time employment to independent advisory, while working towards certification as a professional mediator.
