Laura is an experienced culture, governance and human centred leader with twenty years of experience in global, highly regulated settings. She was an inaugural member of the Asia Pacific Culture and Conduct Risk team at JPMorgan where she spent ten years across Hong Kong and Australia designing and delivering employee engagement programs, running culture transformation projects and regulatory uplifts.

Drawing on experience working across cultures and organizational complexities, Laura is known for turning data and insights into action, while building trust and connection along the way.
