Carly O’Connor, Executive Assistant, brings over 20 years of experience in executive support, client engagement, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations for our leadership team.
Carly is Executive Assistant to David Rodin and Clive Garfield. She manages complex their diaries, coordinates client engagement, and oversees travel logistics to ensure seamless support for the leadership team and wider business.
Her career began in sales at before moving into executive support roles and later policing, where she completed intensive training and served in inner London. Returning to corporate life, Carly spent 14 years at KPMG and 9 years at an Inclusion and Diversity consultancy.
She became part of Principia Advisory in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and a reputation for professionalism and approachability.
