Senior Associate
Leonardo is a Senior Associate at Principia, where he works on ethical culture assessments and advises on people-related strategies, including performance management metrics, speak-up culture, and AI-ethics best practices.
Leonardo specializes in corporate governance, business ethics, organizational culture, and change management. His work focuses on helping organizations build ethics-oriented initiatives that align culture, strategy, and emerging technologies.
Alongside his work at Principia, he teaches Business Ethics at EAE Business School and CEA CAPA in Barcelona, and he is a fellow at FreedomLab, an Amsterdam-based think tank, where he contributes articles on the individual and societal impacts of digital technologies.
Leonardo holds a Law degree from PUC-Rio and a master’s in Philosophy of Science, Technology, and Society from the University of Twente.
