Dr Hugh Breakey is an ethicist and moral philosopher, with extensive experience in the application of ethical, legal, and political philosophy to a wide array of challenging practical fields, including institutional governance, integrity systems, climate change, sustainable tourism, safety industries, professional ethics, argument and political deliberation, social licence to operate, and international law.

He has consulted for several government bodies, and is President of the Australian Association for Professional & Applied Ethics.
