Dr. Odessa Hamilton

Specialist Advisor

A senior consultant who advises organisational leaders and Boards on behavioural risk and its implications for organisational culture, performance, and strategy. Drawing on training from several leading global universities, she brings over a decade of experience translating evidence into actionable insight, applying advanced quantitative methods across behavioural science, biomedicine, and economics.

Odessa helps organisations globally manage behavioural risk by identifying and mitigating counterproductive behaviours, while promoting constructive ones that drive positive outcomes. Her modus operandi is shaped by years of consulting for financial institutions, development banks, management consultancies, and multinational organisations operating outside formal regulatory frameworks. This is complemented by learnings from Harvard University, the London School of Economics, University College London, and the University of Oxford.

With Board-level experience, Odessa has guest lectured on Executive MBA and Leadership programmes and speaks internationally at scientific and professional conferences. Her research has been published in leading journals and featured in major media and news outlets.

Her advisory work is underpinned by accreditation as a British Psychological Society psychologist and psychometrician. She holds a PhD in Biobehavioural Epidemiology and Precision Medicine, an MSc with Distinction in Psychological Sciences, and a First-Class degree with Honours in Organisational Psychology summa cum laude.
