Jamie Heywood is currently a Non-Executive Director of Guy’s and St Thomas’, the UK’s largest NHS Trust.

Prior to Guy’s, he was: Chief Executive Officer of Zolar, a Berlin-based residential solar company; Regional General Manager at Uber, where he was responsible for twelve countries across Northern Europe, including the UK; and Director at Amazon, where he ran their UK Electronics divisions.

He has also spent fifteen years in mobile telecoms as Managing Director of Virgin Mobile UK and as Chief Operating Officer of Virgin Mobile in both India and China and of TAOrange in Thailand.

Jamie started his career in Asia working for the Swire Group in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.  He has MBA from INSEAD and a MA from Oxford University in Philosophy and Psychology.
