    Launching Principia Research

During 2020, Principia will be launching Principia Research, a program to support cutting-edge research on organizational ethics.

Principia Research will draw from a wide range of academic disciplines, including philosophy, political science, law, economics, psychology, and data science, with a focus on projects that have the potential to deliver long-lasting, sustainable change in organizational capabilities to anticipate, manage and resolve critical ethical issues.

The foundation of the program will be the Principia Research Agenda, which will outline open research questions critical to building ethical organizations. To support this agenda, Principia will launch a number of Research Fellowships. Fellows will conduct research projects related to the Research Agenda, develop new interventions, and advance our understanding of how academic insights can be applied in complex organizational settings.
